Job summary

Lounge Café Bars in Cwmbran is seeking Bar and Waiting Team Members to join the Loungers family. You will welcome customers, take orders, and help serve food and drinks while keeping the bar area tidy and well-stocked.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. The role offers hourly pay up to £12.71 plus tips, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with flexible evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide warm hospitality from entry.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure correct presentation.
• Prepare and serve drinks to specification (coffee, cocktails, etc.).
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked and clean across shifts.
• Handle payments accurately and answer allergen questions confidently.
