Job summary

Cadno Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring Front of House Team Members. Join a local café bar and help deliver warm hospitality. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, a staff meal on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Experience isn’t essential—we’ll train you if you’re friendly and eager to learn. As part of our Bar & Waiting team you’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks to spec, handle payments, and keep the area clean.

• Able to read customers and adapt service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
