Como Lounge in Witney is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Loungers plc. You’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and make sure everyone leaves happy. Experience isn’t essential—we’ll teach you the rest in a supportive team.

We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This flexible role suits part-time or full-time applicants who enjoy hospitality and great team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not essential, but a friendly, welcoming approach helps.
• Strong communication and the ability to build rapport with customers is key.
• A positive, can-do attitude and reliability are valued for a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warm hospitality from entry, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Serve food to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and timing.
• Prepare and serve drinks to specification, from coffees to cocktails.
• Keep the bar area stocked, prepped and clean through each shift.
• Handle payments accurately and answer customer questions with confidence.
