McMullen & Sons Ltd in Ware is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor to join our long‑established, family‑run pub group. You will lead a friendly team to deliver guest‑first service and quality in a busy bar and dining room in our community hub.

Prior supervisory experience is essential, with full training provided through the McMullen GROW Programme at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford. We offer a competitive salary, weekly pay, 60% meals discount when working, and strong career

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
