Job summary

The Smugglers Inn Osmington Mills in Weymouth is growing its front of house team for the season, offering flexible full- or part-time hours.

Starting pay is £13.11 per hour, rising to £13.45 after six months, with tips shared and 60% off meals on duty. This is a fixed-term role ending 30/09/26 with potential to become permanent.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable hosts who can deliver memorable hospitality and travel to the venue as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles—especially in a busy food-led environment—is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
