Job summary

Beach House on the seafront is seeking bar and waiting staff for the season (18+). We offer flexible full or part-time hours, share tips, and 60% off meals when on duty. Starting pay £13.11 per hour with a raise to £13.45 after 6 months, plus a rewarding, supportive team.

You will be a natural host with confident communication and eye for detail, delivering great hospitality in a busy food-led environment. A reliable team player is needed to help create memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
• A natural host who loves creating memorable moments.
• 18+ due to alcohol service requirement.
• Confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.

Beautiful Beach House - On the Seafront
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of destination pubs and inns, the Grade II listed Beach House near Lymington was built in 1897 for Alexander Siemens (who created the world’s first public electricity supply at Godalming) as a summer house for his family. Formerly known as Westover Hall, Hall & Woodhouse renamed it ‘The Beach House’ in 2012. Built in the Arts and Crafts style it was once judged the most luxurious residence on England’s south coast. With fantastic raised patio areas and extensive gardens the pub also boasts over 200 outside covers and affords great views across to the Isle of Wight.
