Hall & Woodhouse Limited seeks bar & waiting staff for The Lighter in Topsham, close to Exeter. This 18+ role offers flexible evenings and weekends with a seasonal contract and potential extension. Pay starts at £13.11 per hour, with a raise to £13.45 after 6 months and benefits including 60% meal discount on duty, shared tips, and rewards.

Fabulous Pub - On the Quayside

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of iconic pubs and located in the historic Saxon town of Topsham on the banks of the Exe Estuary, the Lighter is a picturesque example of a friendly, classic English pub. Great for locals and visitors alike with flagstone floors, a log burner and large terrace right on Topsham Quay the pub is busy all year peaking in the summer months. The Lighter is well positioned close to all amenities and not far from Exeter.

We’re growing our Front of House team andare looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us on part time hours for the season and maybe beyond. We offer flexible evening and weekend hours that fit around your life.
