Job summary

SSP Group at Leeds Bradford Airport is seeking a Bar Team Member for Monty’s Diner, a new unit opening soon. Earn £12.85/hr with an extra £1.20/hr for hours between midnight and 6am, totaling up to £14.05/hr.

Fixed-term contract until December 2026, with opportunities to earn tips and service charges. The role involves engaging customers, taking orders via table service or QR, preparing and serving drinks, and working with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks and to serve alcohol.
• Shift flexibility to cover early morning to late evening, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

Shift times: between 3am and 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:
