BAR STAFF – BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT, SHELBY & CO. is recruiting bar staff to engage customers and deliver an outstanding experience across early morning hours. The role involves serving alcohol, working across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and taking pride in guest satisfaction.

Shifts vary with full-time (30 hours) and part-time (20 hours) options. The pay rate includes a £1.20 night premium, enhancing the base £12.85/hour. Staff can earn tips and discounts on meals and products.

Job description

BAR STAFF – BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT, SHELBY & CO.

Please note, this role includes the handling and service of alcohol as part of daily duties.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

We have Full Time(30hrs) & Part Time(20hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 3am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
