Job summary

Monty’s Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport is seeking a Bar Team Member for a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The role offers hourly pay with enhanced night rates and potential tips, with shifts across 3am–11pm, including weekends and holidays.

You will engage with customers, prepare for service, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ and able to serve alcohol.
• 5 years of references and a criminal record check are required.

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
• Help create a memorable and special experience for guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Take customer orders through table service and support guests using QR code ordering.
• Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks as part of the restaurant service.

Fixed term contract until December 2026!

Pay Rate:£12.85 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earnanextra £1.20 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing yourrate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

Shift times: between 3am and 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Bar Team Member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.


• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.


• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.


• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Team Member role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
