Job summary

Monty\'s Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport is looking for a Bar Team Member on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. Base pay £12.85/hr, with an extra £1.20/hr for midnight–6am shifts, total £14.05/hr. Opportunity to earn tips and service charges.

Shifts 3am–11pm, across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays. Join SSP and help deliver great guest experiences while working alongside notable brands. 18+ due to alcohol service responsibilities; 5 years of references and a criminal record check

• Applicants will be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare for service to a high standard.

• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy.
• Take orders via table service and QR code ordering.
• Deliver food from the pass to tables efficiently.
• Prepare and serve drinks as part of restaurant service.

BAR TEAM MEMBER - MONTY'S DINER, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour

Shift times: between 3am and 11pm Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Bar Team Member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
