Job summary

Shepherd Neame’s Banstead pub is seeking a Bar Team Member to deliver warm hospitality and first-class service. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and work as part of a close-knit team in a historic pub environment.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and you’ll be supported to grow with the business. The role offers full-time hours with a focus on flexible shifts, a friendly team, and opportunities to learn about real ale and Shepherd Neame’s long-standing brewing

It is set at the heart of village life, offering a varied menu of freshly cooked food and also for serving superb real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer.
