Shepherd Neame is seeking a Bar Team Member in Lenham, part‑time with permanent contract. You will greet guests warmly, serve drinks and food, and help create memorable experiences at our historic pub setting.

Where You’ll Be Working

Overlooking the village square in Lenham, Kent, the Dog and Bear Hotel combines the friendly atmosphere of a local pub with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel and restaurant. It embraces that unique heritage, retaining historic character features such as oak beams, and traditional décor and houses 24 en-suite bedrooms.
