Albert’s Schloss Manchester is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager and lead a large team in a busy, entertaining venue. You will drive service quality and store performance in line with our Show‑time ethos.

We seek hands-on leaders with strong bar management experience, capable of coaching staff, boosting drinks sales and controlling costs while delivering memorable guest experiences seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy bar and leading a large, energised team.
• Proven ability to drive wet-led sales and manage costs.

Responsibilities
