Albert's Schloss Manchester is seeking a Senior Sous Chef with a passion for cooking and a track record in busy, fresh-food kitchens. You will play a key role alongside the management team, leading a motivated kitchen crew and ensuring top-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

With at least two years as Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, you will thrive on building an energized team, delivering on menus, and upholding our Bavarian-inspired standards in a vibrant Manchester venue.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a Sous Chef role (or higher).
• Experience in a busy, fresh-food kitchen is essential.
• Strong passion for cooking and quality food.
• Ability to lead and energize a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to drive kitchen operations.
• Prepare fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a high-volume kitchen.
• Collaborate with Chefs as part of a tight-knit team under pressure.
