Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Bars Manager to support the day-to-day running of our bars and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside the Bars Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth bar operations. This is a full-time role with a salary of £32,460.96 per annum and requires supervisory experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Desirable: experience in high-volume venues; food safety qualification; knowledge of health and safety legislation in food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Bars Manager with the daily operation of our bars
• Supervising and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service
• Assisting guests and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
• Helping manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage
• Supporting staff training, coaching, and development
• Assisting with rotas and daily team organisation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
• Carrying out regular compliance and safety checks
