Job Opportunity: Part-Time Bar Team Leader at Shepherd Neame

Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Bar Team Leader to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to build your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Venue: The Ship and Trades at Chatham Maritime combines naval heritage with contemporary style. It features a stunning bar, restaurant, hotel, and 15 boutique bedrooms, all set in a beautiful marina environment with modern design and nautical touches.

Role Responsibilities: As a brand ambassador, you will support the management team, undertake duty manager shifts, and lead and develop our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

If you lack previous hospitality experience, don't worry. We value qualities such as enthusiasm and leadership, and we will provide training to equip you with the necessary skills.
