Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Brighton & Hove Albion FC is recruiting Hospitality Staff for the 2025/26 season. You will work on matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast-paced stadium catering environment, delivering exceptional service in busy hospitality areas.

Ideal candidates have customer-focused experience in bars, pubs or events, with a positive, hands-on attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Bar staff, food runners and plate waiters are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events helpful.
• Ability to supervise front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of bar staff, briefing and motivating them to deliver great service.
• Assisting the Bar Manager to run the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events.
• Serving customers and maintaining product knowledge and service standards.
• Monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and proper storage.
