Job summary

Bar Staff is seeking a Barback to support the bar team during service, help bartenders, and keep stock levels high while maintaining a clean, organised bar area. You will assist with preparation before service and support closing duties to ensure a smooth handover between shifts.

Restocking fridges and storage areas, collecting deliveries, and checking stock are integral parts of the role. Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential for busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders during service and keep bar stocked with products and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back-of-house areas.
• Restock fridges, shelves and storage areas throughout the shift.
• Collect and organise deliveries, check stock accuracy and condition.
• Complete the checklist and ensure the bar meets operational standards.
• Prepare before service and perform closing duties after service.
• Communicate effectively with bar and management teams for smooth operations.
• Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail during busy periods.
