Rosewood London in Holborn Dining Room is seeking a Barback to support the bartenders and deliver guest-focused service. You will assist with bar stock planning, mise en place, and the bar’s cleanliness to ensure smooth service across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Planning and arranging appropriate bar stock for the entire duration of the service.
• Efficiently supporting the Bar team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
• Assisting with the general cleanliness in the bar area.
• Preparing appropriate mise en place in order to ensure the efficient bar set up.
