Anglian Country Inns is seeking a Bar Supervisor for The Farmhouse at Redcoats in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. You will lead a high-volume beverage program, manage bar stock and hygiene, and motivate a busy team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We value creativity in crafting garden-to-glass drinks with seasonal ingredients sourced on-site, while driving guest satisfaction and sales growth in a 2AA Rosette setting.

Qualifications

• Experience running a busy bar in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment across the bar area.

Seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our high-volume beverage program at The Farmhouse at Redcoats, a busy 2AA Rosette restaurant and historic wedding venue in Hitchin. This role is perfect for a creative professional who wants to craft a true "garden-to-glass" drink experience, utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from our on-site garden.
