Job summary

Northbrook Park in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our bar team. You will lead and motivate a skilled crew, delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service throughout events and busy periods.

The Role

We’re looking for anexperienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisorto join our talented bar team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows their way around a quality bar, has a genuine passion for hospitality and loves creating memorable experiences for guests.

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll bring:

• Excellent cocktail-making skillsand a flair for creating impressive drinks
• Strong bar product knowledgeand a keen interest in the latest trends
• Previous experience within aquality bar, restaurant, hotel or events environment
• A natural ability to lead, motivate and support a team
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional, energetic and hands-on approach
• The confidence to deliver outstanding service, even when the bar is at its busiest
