Absolute Taste on Victoria Embankment offers a Bar Supervisor role in a flexible, zero-hours arrangement. You will lead event teams, ensure exceptional guest service, manage health and safety, and build supplier relationships within a dynamic events environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate staff, preparing them for service and motivating them throughout the duration of the event
• Brief all staff across designated areas, with a focus on allergens, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service (such as licensing laws and age verification) and maintain health, safety and hygiene standards
• Build relationships with key suppliers
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers - leading on H&S process and report issues
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery across all levels of our events operations and staff services levels
• Contribute to a strong team ethic and a culture of cross department support

The Bar Supervisor will join our high performing and passionaite team at our Victoria Embankment location. You will contribute to delivering consistenly exceptional events - from event operations, client relations and beverage delivery to supervisory responsibilities and health and safety. Above all, leaving guest with an unforgettable experience.

This role is a 0 hours flexible position - an opportunity to join an outstanding team and location.
