Job summary

Pachamama Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for our Notting Hill venue, leading day-to-day bar operations and ensuring top standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage the bar team, stock control, ordering, and MarketMan administration while acting as the operational link to management and the Bars & Beverages team. This is a development-focused role supporting growth.

As Bar Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation, organisation and performance of the bar within your venue.

The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining exceptional standards at all times, and managing all bar and wine-related operations, including ordering, stock control, stock counts and MarketMan administration.

You act as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.

This is a development-focused position, designed to support your growth as the business evolves.
