Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Bar Supervisor for the Charlotte Street Hotel in London. You will oversee daily bar operations, lead a busy team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a refined, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous success as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a dynamic, upscale setting.
• Deep understanding of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Responsabilités

• Oversee bar and bar floor operations to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct training sessions to elevate service standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the smooth running of the bar andbar floor, ensuring seamless service at all times.
• Conducting comprehensive training sessions to elevateservice standards and enhance product knowledge among team members.
• Responsible for shift handover reports,cashing up, and monitoring sales performance, with a focus on effectiveupselling techniques.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our barmenu and wine list, providing recommendations and guidance to guests.
• Assisting the Bar Manager with stock take andordering, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operationalneeds.
