Silversea is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead a high-performing bar team onboard our luxury fleet. You will oversee daily operations, mentor colleagues, and ensure refined, personalized beverage experiences for guests.

In this shipboard role, you will uphold luxury service standards, manage inventory and stock, and drive guest engagement through product knowledge and tailored service.
