Job summary

Silversea is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead beverage service across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and entertainment venues onboard our ultra-luxury ships. You will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving beverage revenue and maintaining the highest standards of service.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a beverage team, optimize inventory and costs, and collaborate closely with Culinary and Restaurant teams to elevate the guest experience.
