Job summary

Bottarga Restaurant in London is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day bar operations and uphold exceptional service standards.

You will manage the bar team, oversee ordering, stock counts and MarketMan administration, and serve as the key link between the bar and restaurant management. This development-focused role supports growth as the business evolves.

As Bar Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation, organisation and performance of the bar within your venue.

The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining exceptional standards at all times, and managing all bar and wine-related operations, including ordering, stock control, stock counts and MarketMan administration.

You act as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.

This is a development-focused position, designed to support your growth as the business evolves.
