We are seeking an ambitious Bar Supervisor eager to grow into a Bar Manager role. Reporting to the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in shift management of the bar teams
2. Promoting exceptional customer service standards
3. Creating a positive environment and strengthening team relationships
4. Adhering to health and safety protocols
5. Driving team engagement and recognition
6. Assisting with stocktaking
7. Managing opening and closing duties of bar areas
8. Training and developing team members
