Job description

The Victoria Abergavenny is an independent bar restaurant based in Abergavenny, we are hiring and looking for outgoing individuals to join our team!

Prior experience in a similar position is essential however full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Hours and days must be flexible between Wednesday - Sunday, varying throughout the afternoon, evenings and the weekends with openess to work overtime when required over busy periods.

Your daily tasks will include, but not be exclusive to:

Duties

• Independent and proactive in working alone & with others as a team
• Using electronic tills
• taking orders from customers
• Collecting empty plates and dishes
• Clearing and cleaning tables
• Working closely with the kitchen to relay customer orders and deliver food to tables
• Using the glass washer
• Tidying and cleaning behind the bar
• Serving food and drinks to customers
• Replenishing stock behind the bar
• Sweeping / keeping the restaurant clean and tidy
• Be responsible for open and close
