Sodexo Live Hampden Park Stadium is seeking Bar & Wine team members to join our fast-paced hospitality operation. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and meals, and help deliver an exceptional client experience in a premier venue.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and bar operations with accuracy.
• Imputing orders onto the till system and processing card payments.
• Restocking of the bar and keeping the area clean and tidy.
• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment.

What you\'ll do

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Ensuring that you are fully aware of the Scottish Licensing Laws that we must all follow
• Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
• Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
• Ensuring that we are working within the licensing laws at all times
• Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
• Restocking of the Bar before and after event
• Keeping the Bar area clean and tidy at all times
• Working together as a team
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
