Sodexo Live West of Scotland is hiring Bar & Wine team members for Hampden Park Stadium. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at a premier venue.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality or bar settings, be friendly, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding licensing laws and bar procedures.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, catering or bar settings is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and take orders, serving food and drinks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service.
• Follow Scottish Licensing Laws and bar procedures.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Operate till system and process card payments.
• Work as part of the team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

What you'll do

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Ensuring that you are fully aware of the Scottish Licensing Laws that we must all follow
• Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
• Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
• Ensuring that we are working within the licensing laws at all times
• Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
• Restocking of the Bar before and after event
• Keeping the Bar area clean and tidy at all times
• Working together as a team
