The Cornwall Hotel Collection is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Server to join our vibrant hospitality team in Cornwall. You will deliver friendly, efficient bar service and help create memorable guest experiences in a premium hotel environment.

Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, preparing and serving drinks to specification, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, and supporting the wider team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks to specification, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding confidently to guest requests and queries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar and in service areas.
• Support the wider food and beverage team during busy periods.
• Assist with stock replenishment and bar organisation.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
