Job summary

Scarlet Hotel in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall, is seeking a Restaurant Host on a permanent 35-hour contract, including evenings and weekends. The role focuses on delivering attentive, memorable service with a warm welcome and a deep knowledge of our menus and drinks.

You will prepare the restaurant for each service, manage orders via EPOS, and work with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Sharing knowledge of our seasonal menus, drinks and wine list to enhance the guest experience.
• Preparing the restaurant for each service to reflect high standards.

• Serving drinks responsibly in line with licensing regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and health & safety.
• Willingness to learn and support the team.
