Responsibilities

• Ensure departments meet criteria and consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Empower the team to handle guest feedback, positive and negative.
• Maintain service standards throughout the bar and restaurant operation.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all food & beverage areas.
• Manage, encourage and develop the food & beverage team.
• Promote the bar and restaurant within the community and drive positive change.
• Duty Management role in the absence of the General Manager.
