Responsibilities

• Ensure designated areas meet company hygiene standards.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Serve liquor from the bar and to tables.
• Serve food and beverages in bar and restaurant.
• Knowledge of allergens and food intolerances (training provided).
• Handle guest requests professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards.
