• Manage the day-to-day operation of the beverage department in the absence of the Bar Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure all team members do the same.
• Identify, provide and evaluate departmental learning and development.
• Monitor and comply with all Company and legal statutory requirements.
• Preparation and service of drinks and standards.
