The Commercial Hotel in Johnstone, Scotland seeks an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to lead our guest dining experience and uphold the high standards we are known for, ensuring every service runs smoothly and warmly.

You will cover all areas of service, greet guests, and coach team members through busy periods, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel valued, while we offer competitive pay, generous tips, a 10% service charge shared with the team, and on-shift meals.
