Bude Coastal Resort in Stratton, England, is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to lead daily service in our busy venue. You will deliver quality guest experiences, manage shifts, and ensure smooth operation of both the restaurant and bar.

The role requires at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong people skills, and the ability to train and motivate the team. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with pay starting at 13.25 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Our Team are looking for Restaurant & Bar Supervisors who can provide a quality customer focused service in our Restaurant. We need individuals who are confident, friendly, and have the ability to engage with a variety of customers and passionately look after them during their dinning experience with us! You will need to have x1 years previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor or Team Leader, and be competent at leading, motivating and training our Team!
