Job summary

Caspertron Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the bar team, support the Bar Manager, ensure smooth service, great drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Champion the Guest Experience: Engage with guests, handle queries, and ensure every drink and interaction meets the high standards we’re known for.
  • Support & Develop the Team: Help train new starters and develop existing team members, building a confident, knowledgeable, and motivated bar team.
  • Own the Details: Support stock management, ordering, cleanliness, wastage, and bar standards to ensure the operation stays efficient and commercially strong.

Job description
