Job summary

Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa is seeking hospitality staff to join our Bar and Restaurant teams. You will be responsible for serving and ensuring the wellbeing of guests, with responsibilities spanning setup, service, and food preparation to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve and ensure the wellbeing of our guests.
• Complete preparation and service of the Restaurant to the highest standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene systems.
• Assist with running food and mise en place preparation.
• Set up and close down of the Restaurant.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Support the team to run the service efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in all areas.
• Dress correctly in uniform and maintain professional relationships with all hotel departments.
