About Lochardil House

The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for seasonal, part-time bar staff roles, working 16 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. The role involves taking orders, serving beverages, and collaborating with the F&B team to deliver excellent guest service. Responsibilities include setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and managing stock. Shifts cover lunch, dinner, and special events, with potential for extension based on demand.

The Person

We value team members who share our vision of authentic Highland hospitality. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Candidates should communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for current drink trends is also desirable.

The Package
