We have an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team in the Clunie Dining Room at The Fife Arms Hotel. As a F&B Host, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager and team, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level of experience, a passion for excellent service, and a desire to develop your skills under the mentorship of our Restaurant Manager and team.

As a F&B Host, you will be responsible for:

• Hosting guests and making menu recommendations
• Smooth and efficient running of service
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable
• Taking orders and delivering service as per SOPs
• Reporting any issues to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager
• Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Continuously striving for achievement and improvement
• Assisting the team or helping with other duties when required

You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service, with a desire to learn and grow. All are striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.

Our successful F&B Host will have:

• Proven experience within a similar hospitality environment
