Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Bar Manager for one of Central London's biggest event venues. You will lead a large, energetic team, keep service fast and standards high, and ensure every night delivers guest experience and profit.

You’ll manage 30+ bar staff across multiple bars, oversee stock, purchasing and supplier relationships, and maintain GP margins and labour costs. Expect 40–48 hour weeks, Thursday to Saturday with occasional late finishes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large bar teams in high-volume venues.
• Strong understanding of stock control, procurement and cost management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bars during peak events.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30+ bar staff, hiring, training and getting the best out of them.
• Run multiple bars at once, keeping every one sharp at peak trading.
• Stay on top of stock takes, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Keep GP margins and labour costs where they should be.
• Help shape the bar operation as it grows, with more bars planned.
