COREcruitment seeks a Duty Manager for a bustling city bar in London, opening new venues with a £42,000 base plus bonus. The role requires proven late-night experience, strong risk and licensing management, and an ability to transition the venue from daytime to a busy night operation.

You’ll lead a 1–2 year experienced team in a premium, high-volume venue, oversee budgets and labour, and drive sales while delivering standout guest service in a lively, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ management experience in a premium, high-volume venue.
• Weekly turnover of £40k+ in a venue.
• Cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge with a passion for seasonal menus and creative drinks.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labour management, and sales growth strategies.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
