Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide bar operations, leading by example
• Run shifts independently and ensure smooth execution
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed correctly
• Apply SBAL standards across all areas
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational consistency
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure products are served to correct specification
• Manage stock, deliveries, and shrinkage control
• Complete line checks, wastage logs, and investigate variances
• Deputise for the Bar Manager and take full responsibility in their absence
• Support achievement of sales and profit targets
• Contribute to profitability through cost control and sales growth
• Maintain GDPR-compliant administration and use reporting tools
• Liaise with contractors to resolve maintenance issues
