The Dorchester in London is seeking a Bar Manager for Vesper Bar, a landmark destination within the Dorchester Collection. You will lead a luxury cocktail program, oversee daily operations, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a luxury 5-star hotel as a Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Passion for the role and the team and unique personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be well presented.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Commercial with proven track record in negotiation.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.

• The Bar Manager is the custodian of one of London's most celebrated cocktail destinations, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring a culture of creativity, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• As the leader of Vesper Bar, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring the venue continues to set industry benchmarks for service, innovation, and commercial success. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, cultivate meaningful relationships within the global bar community, and drive the evolution of the bar through innovative menu concepts and world-class beverage experiences.
• Combining operational excellence, commercial acumen, and creative vision, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Vesper Bar's reputation as a destination venue for hotel guests, local clientele, and international visitors alike.
