The Dorchester is seeking a Bar Manager for Vesper Bar, London. You will lead one of the city’s premier cocktail destinations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving creativity in beverage concepts and staff development.

You will oversee operations, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with leadership to maintain luxury standards and commercial success across the bar program.

What you'll do

• The Bar Manager is the custodian of one of London's most celebrated cocktail destinations, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring a culture of creativity, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• As the leader of Vesper Bar, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring the venue continues to set industry benchmarks for service, innovation, and commercial success. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, cultivate meaningful relationships within the global bar community, and drive the evolution of the bar through innovative menu concepts and world-class beverage experiences.
• Combining operational excellence, commercial acumen, and creative vision, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Vesper Bar's reputation as a destination venue for hotel guests, local clientele, and international visitors alike.

• Previous experience at a luxury 5-star hotel as a Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
