Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our Bars team across our entertainment venues. You’ll guide daily operations, mentor staff, manage budgets and stock, and ensure outstanding guest experiences with safe, compliant service.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Haven offers comprehensive training and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in bar/venue leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of cellar operations and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
