Caravan Covent Garden is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a dynamic team with passion for coffee, food and great guest experiences. You will oversee service, mentor staff, and drive a high standard of hospitality in a lively London venue.

The role rewards experience with an hourly rate up to £18.60, dependent on skills, and offers employee benefits, meals and discounts as part of a supportive team culture. On-site work with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Caravan of Love customer experience with your team and serving well-travelled drinks and food inspired by the founders' travels.
• Working with the General Manager and Head Chef to nurture and develop your team.
• Taking ownership of your role and restaurant learning to grow knowledge and skills.
• Experience with Fourth, FnB and Harri systems is a plus; willing to learn if not familiar.
• Follow all licensing, health and safety requirements and fire procedures.
• Welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations and serving our well-travelled drinks.
• Training and development of key team members; guide and support during service to ensure exceptional standards.
